1. Who responses to the
alarm if it goes off?
a. First the monitoring station will call the house and ask
for a password if no answer or wrong password is given ,then the
local authorities is dispatched out to the house.
2. What is the difference
in a password and a pass code ?
a. A password is something you create that is used to verify
that everything is ok. A pass code is a 4 digit number used to
operate you alarm system.
3. Will the alarm system
still work if I loose power?
a. Yes, the system has a backup battery that takes over when
power is lost. Battery will recharge itself when power comes
back on.
